'Tell me a tale' is a photobook about the human condition, the beauty and uniqueness of even the most fleeting and ordinary moments of what we call everyday life. It shows us how they matter, and how they are charged with a greater meaning. Across cultures and countries, people have always told each other (their) stories. It is a deeply human, perhaps universal, act. As long as we have been telling stories, they have helped us to evolve, to form bonds, to share our experiences, and to build empathy. This images stand as powerful testimonies of the beauty, challenges, and diversity of human existence that draw us out to experience our innate desire to tell, and to be told tales. Photographed between 2015-2019 on assignment with the NGO 'Light for the World' in Bolivia, India, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Uganda and Mozambique.
